Free delivery for orders over 78.23 lv. (40,00 €) on the territory of Bulgaria, to any of the Speedy courier office and also to Box Now automat*

ORDER
You can register yourself or order as a guest.

1. Order as a registered user:
A registration is useful if you order frequently from us.
Your information is automatically filled in every time you enter your profile with your e-mail and password.
Ordering this way is way faster.

Registering comes with its advantages:
- you can track your current order’s status from the "My Profile" menu
- you can save products in your Wish List and review them whenever you want
- a history of all your orders is saved in your profile
- you can subscribe to our newsletter, keeping up with all the latest news, sales and discounts

2. Order as a guest
Registration is not required, so you can order as a guest. Just follow the steps
in the shopping cart. Your information will not be saved.

The e-way of placing an order is made for your convenience. You still have the
options of ordering on the phone or by e-mail, if preferred.

DELIVERY ON THE TERRITORY OF BULGARIA
All orders, placed before 13:00 EET/UTC+2 (Bulgarian Time), are packed and
shipped on the same working day.
You can choose your courier - Speedy or Econt.
You receive the shipment on the next business day.
If you wish to choose another courier, the shipment is at your expense.
Specify your wish in the "Notes" field.

For orders over 78.23 BGN (40,00 €), the delivery is free of charge to any of the Speedy courier office and Box Now automat.

In other cases, we cover part of the delivery cost. You pay a fixed amount:

0,00 BGN (0,00 €) - to Box Now automat over 78.23 BGN (40,00 €)
2.93 BGN (1,50 €) - to Box Now automat under 78.23 BGN (40,00 €)

4.00 BGN (2,05 €) - to an office of Econt
6.16 BGN (3.15 €) - with Econt to your address

For orders under 78.23 BGN (40,00 €)
+ 4.50 BGN (2,30 €) with Speedy to the above prices.

The prices above are fixed for an order - they stay the same, regardless of the
size or price of the package.

There are NO additional costs (for using cash on delivery,
insurance, etc.) - the prices listed above is all you pay.

We deliver to countries in Europe, some of their islands with DPD Economy Service and UPS.
When ordering, on step "Delivery", choose a country from the list. If your country is not
on the list, please contact us at info@tashev.bg and we will check the possibilities of delivery.

All orders, placed before 13:00 EET/UTC+2 (Bulgarian Time), are packed
and shipped on the same working day, except the ones paid with credit card.
We ship them on the next working day. 
The time of delivery is 3-10 working days after a confirmed purchase(the day of dispatch and delivery are not included),

Please keep in mind that the couriers do NOT contact their clients on the phone.
After three failed attempts of delivery, they return the package back to us.
Therefore the address you write down in your order must be and address where there is constantly a person,
all day, during working days. If you can’t guarantee this for your address, please provide
a different address for delivery(eg. office address, friend’s address, or anyone’s
address who is guaranteed to be available to receive the order from the address).

Our transport pricing is preferential as we cover part of the transport costs.
That’s how you get the lowest transport prices from Bulgaria to Europe.
You can see the amount you have to pay for transport on step "Confirmation".

If you are not satisfied with the price or the conditions for the address above,
you can request a courier of your choice at your expense.

Place an order with BOX NOW
Pick up your shipment at a time and place convenient for you. Now also available at BOX NOW postal stations (automated machines).
WHAT IS BOX NOW?
BOX NOW is the newest courier service in Bulgaria, which delivers only to its own network of automated postal stations (automats). BOX NOW automats are always located in key locations in the city, are accessible 24/7, and are powered by their own solar panels.
HOW TO CHOOSE DELIVERY TO BOX NOW?
1.    When completing your order, press the green BOX NOW button as your delivery method.
2.    Select your BOX NOW machine from the list (select your city to generate a map with the exact locations). Press "Confirm" to complete your selection. If you made a mistake, press the button again to select the correct location.
3.    Pay with a credit card on the spot or choose cash on delivery.
4.    If you choose "Cash on delivery," you will receive a link for payment by credit card via email, SMS, or Viber when your shipment is sent.
5.    To collect your order, enter the PIN code you received from BOX NOW by email, SMS, or Viber with the order confirmation, and collect your shipment from the machine—the box containing your order will open automatically.
IMPORTANT: When delivering to a BOX NOW machine, there is no option for cash payment if the "Cash on Delivery" option is selected. Payment must be made by bank card via a link that you will receive by email or SMS after the shipment has been sent.
ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS:
1. How long will my shipment be stored in a BOX NOW machine?
You can pick up your shipment from a BOX NOW machine within 48 hours after confirmation that it has been delivered to the post office. The storage time can be extended free of charge by another 24 hours via the website in the "Track your shipment" section. If the shipment is not picked up within the specified period, it will be returned to us.
2. Do BOX NOW lockers have operating hours?
Almost all BOX NOW machines are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, they are sometimes located next to facilities that have special access requirements. To be sure of the time you can pick up your shipment, please note the specified operating hours when selecting a specific facility.
3. How does the process of picking up a parcel from a BOX NOW locker work?
Once you have placed your order, BOX NOW will send you an SMS, Viber message, or email containing a PIN code as soon as your parcel arrives at the selected locker. Enter the code on the locker keypad and one of the boxes will open automatically.
4. What size packages can fit in BOX NOW lockers?
The option to order to BOX NOW is automatically unlocked depending on the size of your order. However, to help you plan your purchases correctly, below we list the acceptable order sizes so that you can take advantage of the service:
•    Small (H: 8 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) weighing up to 20 kg,
•    Medium (H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) weighing up to 20 kg,
•    Large (H: 36 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm) weighing up to 20 kg.
Does the delivery price depend on the size of the shipment?
No, currently delivery to BOX NOW is the same for all three parcel size options.
7. Have you placed an order but still haven't received any information about its delivery to BOX NOW?
BOX NOW delivers within the next day after your order has been processed. You probably haven't received your shipment because it hasn't been prepared by the online store yet. You can track your shipment on the BOX NOW website or contact them at support@boxnow.bg and 0700 70744.
8. How can I find directions to the BOX NOW machine I have selected?
Click on the link you received to confirm your delivery from BOX NOW by email, SMS, or Viber. There you will find directions to the location of the BOX NOW machine you have chosen for delivery of your shipment. 
9. Can I pay with a foreign card (a card issued in a country outside Bulgaria)? 
You can pay with a bank card issued in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area. Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside the EU and the UK due to the lack of 3D-Secure.
